Pricing of each unit may very anytime without prior notice
based upon season and demand and as per the Brands Notifications Raw Material
Pricing Etc.

Some units may be unavailable and some units may be added
for a short period of time only. It is at the discretion of the Company to add
or remove any Product without prior notice.

All prices mentioned herewith on this website will be
inclusive of local taxes.

 

Cancellation: –

In case of cancellation of the order, before the order is
dispatched, we will refund 100% of the value. Orders will not be refunded once
the order has been dispatched from our warehouse

Returns & Refunds:-

Thank you for your purchase. We Hope you are happy with your
purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for
any reason, you may contact us and return the product to us for a full refund
only. Please See below for more information on our return policy. 

Returns: –

Since the returns costs every one a huge amount of money. we
will take actions for every return request being asked for, if the reason is
genuine we will accept the return and refund the full amount of the product.

Special Messages etc. Charges paid for the service by the customer will not be
refunded.

If you receive a defective product, the company
will bear the return charges, else the return charges will have to Bourne by
the Customer.

All Returns must be postmarked within two (2)
days of the product Received date

All returned items must be in new and unused
condition, will orginal tags and labels attached.

Return Process:-

To Return an item, please email customer service at theconnection2023@gmail.com to obtain
a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number =,
place the item securely in its original packing and the item , Proof of
purchase and or any other material Sending with product , then courier your
return to the following address:-

Please note, you will be responsible for all return Shipping
Charges. We Strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail a return.

 

Refunds: –

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of
your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days
from the receipt of your item to process your return.  Refunds may take 1-2 Billing cycles to appear in
your bank statement, depending about the card company or the Bank. We will
notify you by email when your return has been processed.

COD:-

Cash on Delivery (COD):- We will start COD soon. It will be a new types of method a small amount of money will be taken from you to confirm your order status and the rest will be taken at the time of delivery of order in Cash. When you will pay cash your advance amount can be returned into your bank account.
